Uwin Iwin, an international leading provider of inspirational recognition and reward, incentive, loyalty and performance improvement solutions, with a BBBEE Level 1 rating, is proud to announce the promotion of Kele Mogotsi to Director of Incentive Travel.
Born with a passion to travel and with over a decade’s worth of experience in the travel industry, Kele’s journey at Uwin Iwin began seven years ago where she hit the ground running by “pushing boundaries to help our clients and their people win – continuously delivering exceptional incentive travel experiences, well-deserving of this promotion as our newest board member,” says David Sand, CEO, Uwin Iwin International.
“My highlights are and still remain the unmatched value we provide our clients on every single one of our incentive trips, no one can compare,” says Kele. She explains that David has not only been her CEO but mentor too and has not only inspired her daily but instilled in her the importance of taking a client-centric approach in everything she does.
Kele is also the youngest and first black woman from Africa to be awarded the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) credentials in Frankfurt, Germany.
She has shown exceptional professionalism, excellent communication and organisational skills and has continuously delighted Uwin Iwin customers with her charming disposition and travel knowledge even under the toughest circumstances, pressures and demands that come with running a travel incentive programme – long hours, managing the individual needs of groups of high performing individuals, thinking on her feet to provide the right solutions to challenges.
Her responsibilities include taking care of every aspect of incentive travel groups, from proposals and quotations to booking all flights, transfers and accommodation, meeting and greeting at the airport and managing the full programme including activities and sightseeing, celebration dinners and functions. “Being appointed to the board is a huge honour and I am looking forward to being on the strategic side of the business in order to promote its success as a whole, under my leadership.”
